a pleasant experience
convenient location helpful information
i found the location convenient, near various attractions. the staff displayed kindness and provided helpful information, i felt very welcome. the room was clean, i really appreciate it and the bed ensured restful nights.
The windows seemed a bit old, slightly affecting the view. It wasn't a major issue, but some newer windows would be ideal!

the hotel offers a variety of breakfast options, i saw boiled eggs, muffins, and croissants available. i noted juices and a selection of cereals were also available to all guests. there was also an array of ham.

The hotel's location was amazing. It was right in the centre of all the attractions. the beds were really comfy and clean, made for a good night's sleep. the accessible bathroom was excellent and met all needs perfectly.

the location was central i could easily access all the main attractions. staff were really nice and helpful assisting me with my luggage after i checked out. my room had comfortable pillows and fresh towels daily

helpful staff excellent location late check-out
the staff were friendly. the location was excellent near the places i wanted to visit. andrew sorted out the late check outs, very helpful.
the entrance had an unpleasant smell near the lifts.

The hotel sits in a location convenient for exploring. I found the staff very friendly. My room offered a nice sea view. The bed was comfortable.
I noticed the carpets in the corridors looked dirty. The bathroom had mold. I could not open any of the windows, and the room felt stuffy.

quick check-in friendly staff useful lift convenient bar
the check-in process was quick as I completed it online before arrival. the reception staff were friendly and helpful . the lift access was useful, as i had some difficulty with stairs. the small bar next to reception was convenient.
the room lacked drawers, so i kept my clothes in my suitcase .
